Keep play voluntary
Use Between for recreation. Virtual points have no redemption value, but competition and repeated predictions can still take time and attention. Set your own time boundary, take breaks and stop if play feels pressured or difficult to control.
Avoid pressure and chasing losses
Losing points is not a reason to keep playing or increase a stake. A streamer’s enthusiasm, a leaderboard or another participant’s success does not predict your result. You can leave a market without placing a prediction, sign out, or stop using the platform.
Tools available today
Signing out ends your current session. It does not cancel an existing prediction or delete your account. This release does not provide an automated self-exclusion system, configurable play-time limits or a dedicated wellbeing support service. Do not rely on those protections being present.
Points stay virtual
Do not attach outside cash, gifts or prizes to a Between result, buy or sell points, or share account credentials. Such arrangements are not part of the current product. Seek support from someone you trust or a suitable local support service if play is affecting your wellbeing.
