No monetary or redemption value
Between’s points are free virtual units used to record predictions, pools and standings. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, a deposit, an investment or a redeemable asset. Between provides no purchase, cash-out, point-transfer or prize-redemption feature.
How balances change
Points committed to a prediction are deducted from the account’s available balance. A settled market allocates its recorded pool to winning predictions under the current settlement calculation. A cancellation refunds recorded stakes, and a result with no stake on the winning side refunds the recorded stakes. Whole-point rounding can affect an individual allocation.
A point balance, leaderboard rank or past result creates no entitlement to a future prize, payment or conversion into real money. No real-money release or conversion is promised.
Account and market records
Use your own Kick login. Do not share account access or send passwords, session cookies or OAuth tokens to a streamer, moderator or another participant. Check the recorded market details and history when reviewing a balance change; stream chat alone is not a settlement record.
Questions about a balance
For an unexplained point balance or account issue, the designated support address is [email protected]. Include the relevant market reference and time. An email does not automatically refund points or create a monetary claim.
